1. Refund Eligibility

Qralink Technologies strives to ensure client satisfaction with every project. Refund requests are evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Project cancellation before the commencement of work.
  • Failure to deliver the service as per the agreed scope of work.
  • Significant delays beyond the agreed-upon timeline without valid justification.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable once initiated or purchased:

  • Domain Name Registration and Renewals.
  • SSL Certificates once issued.
  • Third-party software licenses or API costs.
  • Completed milestones in a multi-stage project.
  • Digital marketing services where work has already been performed.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please send a formal request to our billing department at support@qralink.in. Your request must include the project ID, reason for refund, and supporting documentation. Our team will review the request and respond within 7-10 business days.

4. Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15-20 business days from the date of approval. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
