• Hosting and subscription-based services are billed in advance.
• Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services or project work.
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes as per Government of India regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Qralink Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
